I cannot and will not referee disputed transactions, and do not want this list used to dispute sales/trades. You're on your own; protect yourself as you would when buying anything from any stranger on the internet. It's rare for people to get cheated here, but it has sometimes happened. Please take any disputes to private mail or to newsgroup rec.music.artists.springsteen. If this list starts getting abused with "bad trader alerts" and the like, I will shut it down. Note 2: NO TICKET SCALPING! If selling tix, state the price. How far is the drive from Orlando to Jacksonville (I am flying in to Orlando the afternoon of march 4th for a meeting on the 5th- how convenient!) 2. Does anyone have an extra 1-2 tix for the Jacksonville show that night they would like to sell to a real fan? Thanks Dan Hyman Philadelphia ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 27 Jan 2003 22:12:56 -0500 From: "Lisa Iannucci" Subject: re Bruce taping Taping is only illegal when money is made off of it-ask a lawyer. It's a case of missed royalties, pure and simple. Bruce doesn't care that people tape for private use, he cares that people STEAL FROM HIM by recording and then selling those recordings. I seriously doubt he has the time or wherewithal to pursue every person who tapes for "fan use." So don't worry, Joe, you're not going to jail.
