I cannot and will not referee disputed transactions, and do not want this list used to dispute sales/trades. You're on your own; protect yourself as you would when buying anything from any stranger on the internet. It's rare for people to get cheated here, but it has sometimes happened. Please take any disputes to private mail or to newsgroup rec.music.artists.springsteen. If this list starts getting abused with "bad trader alerts" and the like, I will shut it down. Note 2: NO TICKET SCALPING! If selling tix, state the price. I have Ryan Adams, Steve Earle, Bruce, Stones 2002 shows plus hundreds of pre 2002 A-Z to offer as trade bait. I'd also be interested in any other great sound Audience boots as well. Please e-mail me if interested in a trade. I'm an attorney, and although copyright law is nowhere close to my specialty, I can tell you that there IS a difference between selling boots for a profit and trading. The criminal copyright statute (i.e., where the government can prosecute you and put you in jail or make you pay a fine) requires profit before there is a crime. Otherwise copyright infringement is a civil violation: the copyright holder - Bruce or his record company - has to sue you directly (which as Lisa said is extremely unlikely to happen to a "normal" trader, as opposed to a seller). The "P" is missing in action, so perhaps we will hear such classics as Oint blank, Land of Hoe and Dreams, Living Roof and Rove it All Night. Dan Hyman Would be pretty funny if Bruce acknowledged that fact from the stage that night! ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 29 Jan 2003 19:10:09 -0800 (PST) From: brian k Subject: lets do some trades hey looking to set up some cd trades. i have a great bruce list and tons of other artist, send me your list and ill send you mine hope to hear from some of you what a great list this is , people are the best on this list peace brian musicforever99@yahoo.com __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? I'm selling at the listed retail price (AUD$88), of course. First come first served. I queued on the morning so it is bound to be a better ticket than the nosebleeds that may still be available. It is section D8 ,Row A, so it is not right up front but is reasonably good. I can't go because I won't be in Oz in March. Ideally I'd like to hear from someone in Sydney during the next week so I can exchange in person before I leave. If you are emailing me put "Bruce Springsteen ticket" at the start of your subject so I can distinguish it from all the spam I get at this address. ------------------------------ End of LuckyTown Ads Digest V9 #382 *********************************** ********************************************************************* ** LuckyTown WWW URL ** The LuckyTown FAQ, back issues, web-based subscription/unsubscription, and many other things can be found on the LuckyTown WWW Page: http://www.luckytown.org ** LuckyTown mailing list addresses ** You can send email to go into the next LuckyTown-Ads Digest to: luckytown-ads@luckytown.org Any questions for the list admin should be emailed to: owner-luckytown@luckytown.org To unsubscribe, send email to majordomo@luckytown.org with message body: unsubscribe luckytown-ads-digest To get further information on how to subscribe/unsubscribe/change your subscription address, as well as the other available commands, send email to majordomo@luckytown.org with message body: help ********************************************************************* The contents of this digest are not necessarily approved by the list admin.
